Checks a text with a hash.

   string strOriginal,
   string strHash,
   HashType hshType
);

Parameters

strOriginal: The text to compare the hash against.
strHash: The hash to compare against.
hshType: The type of hash.

Return Value

True if the hash validates, false otherwise.
